Allow creation and update of customer data in mode kiosk

Hello,
Is it possible to create or modify clients when using the CCO kiosk mode.
If so how do we do it?

Hello Pierre,

According to the SAP Customer Checkout User Guide:

If you are operating SAP Customer Checkout in quick service mode or table management mode, it is not possible to create or edit customers on the sales interface.

So currently (Release 2.0 FP07) in these new UI modes only an Admin user can create customers in the commonly known way (Functions -> Configuration -> Magnifying glass -> Customers -> New). But not a Sales user or a Sales Manager.

Hi,

I think there is no direct way to add/edit customer at KIOSK mode (as of today).

Workaround is to click the configuration and use the search button from there which will open the Search results same like Retail mode. Here you can click "Display" button to view the Customer and EDIT.
