All customers from SAP ECC are saved and Corporate Accounts in yMKT

Dear experts.

I have installed and set up SLT and want to run report CUAN_IC_MASTERDATA_EXTR_FULL. I am running SAP Marketing Onpremise 1901 SP01.

My problem is: All contacts from ERP (SAP ECC) are being saved in yMKT table CUAND_CE_IC_ROOT as 'Corporate accounts' (IC_TYP = 02 'COMPANY'). How can I make it get classified as 01 'PERSON'?!

Example: customer 1000071750 is a natural person in SAP ECC but when I run report CUAN_IC_MASTERDATA_EXTR_FULL for this specific customer, it is created as a Corporate account and does not appear in Contacts tab in the fronend.

I have seen this forum but note 2144527 is in 'cannot be implemented' status and I am not sure it would solve my issue.

Hi Luis,

this is related to the fact that SAP Marketing is checking during the import for the DEAR6 flag in the ERP data.

Please check HANA view: CA_CONS_EXTR_ERP_CONTENT

Only those with the DEAR6 flag set are imported not as corporate accounts.

Thanks for your reply. On my ECC side we do not use flag DEAR6 (this field is empty for all entries).

Is there any other way to solve this without needing to use this flag? What I need is if flag KNAQ-STKZN is set, then it is a natural person (should be IC_TYPE=1 in yMKT) and if it is not set then it should be a Corporate accoung (IC_TYPE=2 in yMKT). Or some solution similar to this.

Hi Luis,

as you are in onpremise you could copy the standard report as a template and implment your own custom logic.
