Ai Pre-created Segments

Good Morning,

We just got word that we are able to use AI pre-created segments such as:

1. AI - Predictive email engagement

2. AI - Predictive Web Engagement

3. Predictive Lifecycle Segments for Customers

4. Predictive Lifecycle Segments for Leads

5. Predictive Revenue

Could you give me the best course of action to take to getting these set up?

Hello!

In order to use the AI segments, first an account owner needs to review the document with the SAP Emarsys AI Terms, which is required to unlock the AI features: this can be done at Management > Consent Management menu

After that, the prerequisites are described at the document below, but mainly:

Emarsys collects data from various sources such as channel engagement, web behavior tracking information, and uploaded order data to your account. The following data tables are populated and required to run AI Segmentation:

• Email sends
• Email clicks
• Email opens
• Web Extend sessions
• Smart Insight sales
• Smart Insight contacts

As additional criteria, you need to have:

• All of the above tables simultaneously (if any of them is missing, some or all AI segment calculations will fail).
• At least 7 months of respective data collected.
• The last 6 months of backtests should be successful.
• Model performance must be above a certain threshold.
