Aging Leads in C4C

Hello experts,

When a Lead is defined as "aging", is it possible to have the owner of the Lead receiving a notification related to this Lead?

I know the manager will receive it but I am not sure if the Owner will receive it as well.

Hello, Gabriel,

You must:

- have Lead Management and Business Task Management in your project scope
- select one of two available questions in Lead Aging Business Option (under Sales – Lead Management – Leads)

After above steps, there will be two available activities in Activity List of your Project:
- Business Task Management for Lead Aging
- Business Task Management for Lead Aging Manager Alert

Don't forget to apply "All Activities" filter when searching for them in Activitiy List and add them to project 🙂

Hello Gab,

There are two different Fine tuning activities for Lead ageing notification for the Manager and the owner.

• Business Task Management for Lead Aging => This is for the Owner

• Business Task Management for Lead Aging Manager Alert => This is for the Manager.

Include the first one in your project and it will work.

Hmm... for some reason I cannot see these two fine tuning activities. I have leads activated in scope. Anything else I'm missing?

Check if BTM is scoped.

Communication and Information Exchange => Business process management =>Business Task Management (BTM)
