Hi,
In our Interaction Center we have a extra mailbox (set-up in office 365) which are used and visible only for menager to control all incoming and outgoing emials. Those mailbox start "CIC" in our company as you can see on the picture:
As we have a few new mailbox I added it in SAP but I cannot find any place where I can set-up the "CIC" mailbox.
Hope it's quite it's clearlly explain because I need some support.
Any idea?
