After migrating from 5.7 to 6.2 initialization is not working properly when I click on "select all extensions"

Anyone knows why this can be happening? When I initialize my system and manually select all the extensions everything works fine, but if I click on the "select all" checkbox, the project data from some extensions doesn't get imported. Anyone knows why this happens?

can you check is there any base extension which are separated from core platform to a new extension, if that is the case you might encounter this type of issues. From the documentation I can see some of the extension got moved as new extensions.

These error causes of there is a unmet extension dependency.

Alos note that the Commerce Webservices module is moved to Web Servicescommons module , due to this change you will notice some compatibility issues. You will need to adjust with commerce 6.2.
