Hi all,

we have upgraded the ADT marketing system but during configuration of CRM integration we have the following error:

"Please specify a valid interaction type"

How can we solve this issue?

Someone could you help us, please?

Hi Dario,

my best guess would be that the interaction types created by the CRM integration may not exist in your system.

Can you please double check if all the prerequisites mentioned in [1] are executed before executing the technical configuration for the CRM integration?

Kindly confirm which SAP Marketing on-premise (it cannot be cloud) version you have upgraded to.
