ADRMAS and ADR3MAS IDocs are not triggered since April 19'

It appears that since last April addresses IDocs are not being replicated as part of the customer master data sync. from ECC to C4C via SAP PI.

We don't have a clue what is the reason for that.

The solution is up and running since 2016 with no issues.

no IDOC is created following any Customer address and name change in ECC BusinessPartnerERPAddressReplicationIn

we have been dealing with that with the SAP support since december but unfortunately with no success

do you have any clue what it could be?

Hello helenm,

Can you check the following things in SAP

1.Change pointer activation for the message type(ADRMAS &ADR3MAS) in BD50.
2.Distribution model . Check the filter settings for the Message type
3 Does the "RBDMIDOC" report have a variant for "ADRMAS & ADR3MAS" message type and what is the status of the job? Is it running sucessfully?
4. Do some changes in the address data for the customer and check the changes are captured in the Change pointer table "BDCP2".
