It appears that since last April addresses IDocs are not being replicated as part of the customer master data sync. from ECC to C4C via SAP PI.
We don't have a clue what is the reason for that.
The solution is up and running since 2016 with no issues.
no IDOC is created following any Customer address and name change in ECC BusinessPartnerERPAddressReplicationIn
we have been dealing with that with the SAP support since december but unfortunately with no success
do you have any clue what it could be?
