Adobe live cycle in C4C

Hello All,

There is an requirement to remove the redundant fields and Additional fields Custom,standard as well as SDK fields.

I would like to know the steps to add,remove the fields and rearrange the fields from scratch.

Thank you sureshbabu.mula , I need steps to align new custom fields and SDK fields with existing fields but there is issue of alignment.

Any way we can arrange and align fields any steps or screen shots will be helpful.
