Adobe Flash Player support termination for SAP CRM (segmentation tool)

Hi,

Adobe says the Flash Player will be terminated at end of 2020.

SAP CRM segmentation tool uses Adobe Flash Player

Do you know SAP direction after Adobe Flash Player support termination ?

I have checked the available note:

2818831 - Switching Note providing Segmentation Modeler using SAPUI5 Galilei Editor

And it only concerns:

New Enhancement as of: BBPCRM 714.

You can use this feature only with activated Business Functions:

• CRM_MKT_HVS (High-Volumne Marketing) - See SAP note 2140749
• CRM_MKT_SEG_BWA (Segmentation of BW Data Using Business Warehouse Accelerator)

It seems there is no solution until now for other versions and without above activated Business Functions.

we have also checked that note and in our system the business function CRM_MKT_HVS is active.

But the other one not, have you figured out why the other one is necessary, cause we do not need BW data?

I have no idea, but I guess it is the 2 business Functions supported using SAPUI5 Galilei Editor.

If you are in BBPCRM 714 I would try to implement the correction Note 2818831 - Switching Note providing Segmentation Modeler using SAPUI5 Galilei Editor.

If not check this new comment updated last week in this Note

"As of 2021, HARMAN will be the official enterprise distributor for Flash Player providing support and security updates. This may provide you some extra time to plan a smooth upgrade project.
