We have a client that has 2 Admin users but none of them cannot see the complete manager options, they only can see the options shown in the attached picture. We do not know if the client changed the roles of these users. Also, checked SAP Note "3025983 - User and Roles App is hidden in the SAP Customer Checkout manager", but my query shows the field "ALLOWED"='1'.(please see attached picture).
I appreciate it if someone knows about what else can i check.
