Adjusting Actions List in Hybris Marketing Campaign (Blank, Email and Mobile Campaign)

Hi togehter,

I am looking for a way to adapt the Actions List for Blank, Email and Mobile Campaigns. (Hybris Marketing Cloud)

I managed to disable some Actions for Trigger Campaigns as this is listed in

"Define Campaign Categories and Actions" via the "Manage your Solution"-App.

Furthermore, I would like to disable the Mobile Campaign, as we do not use it at the moment. I am able to deactivate other campaigns, but not this one.

Blank Email, Text Message & Mobile Campaigns cannot be disabled as standard.

thanks for your comment.

Yes, I checked the Settings in the "Manage your Solution" app. (See first post)

As I can also see in your screenshot, there is no Mobile Campaign which I could diable.

And I also do not see Blank Campaign and Email Campaign to disable some of the Actions.

If I click on Trigger-Based-Campaigns, I can disable Alibaba-SMS. The same, I would like to do for Blank and Email Campaign.

Sad to her, that we cannot disable the Mobile Campaigns. We assume that users will accidentally create such a campaign because they think they can send regular text messages. This leads to confusion and will create more work for the support.

Can you also help regarding the question of how we can customize the Actions in those three campaign templates (blank, email and mobile)?

For example disable Alibaba Message or Line Message in blank and email campaign.
