ADFS SAML SSO Hybris Auto refresh multiple Request

Hi Expert,

I am trying to integrate ADFS for SSO in SAP Hybris Commerce . I did all the basic implementation like configuration, metadata generation, JKS etc.

Problem:

After entering the valid login credential in ADFS login page the page gets auto refreshed multiple times( 6 to 7) and hence SAML request goes to ADFS these many times and then returning the Responder as status code. Could you please let me know what could be the issue. Ideally SAML request should go only once.

Note : we are not doing on storefront , we are doing using yempty extension which is having spring MVC and spring security .

Can you explain what do you mean by "the page gets auto refreshed multiple times( 6 to 7)" ? Is there any screenshot or video of what's happening when you entered credentials? If the page is refreshing on ADFS side, you need to investigate the issue with ADFS-people 🙂 But if it's something on SAP Commerce side, then we can comment on it.

Is this issue resolved ? if yes , can you please share the resolution here as we are facing the same issue.
