Address Management C4C

Hello Collegues,

In ERP we have structure regional for the address: street help search , city, district....... how can replicate that in C4C, my customer want similar behavior. is a gap? or there is a standard solution?. in the scope I only found address validation for country, region and postal code.

Dear Roberto,

Currently in C4C we do not have "Postal regional structure" like in ERP. In C4C the code lists can be maintained only for Country and Region/State.

City, Street are simple text fields, where users can maintain the values without any validations.

Hi,

Without postal regional structure, how does c4c organizes the service territory? and also how does work in linking of elements especially in hierarchical structure while maintaining central addresses.
