Additional Fields on sales receipt screen

Hi all,

Out client needs to enter some data for the "walk in customers" while entering Sales Receipt. I've added additional field to the receipt entry in the customer checkout. How these field would appear in Sales Receipt screen?

I have the same issue when I want to add a field in the payement method screen or other. Can someone give a step by step guide to add fields in CCO ?

Thank you for your reply.

Please inform how UDF will appear on Sales Receipt screen of CCO.

Does it require developing a plug-in or B1if Extension solely would serve the purpose?

Hi,

In short you need both Plugin and B1if extension.

Plugin is used to display and send the value to the field. Extension is used to both get and write/update the value to SAP Business One.
