Additional Customer master data in CRM, but not in ECC

We would like to have ECC as the master/source for customer records and pull this to CRM. However, we would like to have additional customers created in CRM, which we do not want in ECC. These additional customer are purely for non transaction purposes. Just to have for record purposes. They can use a different account group. These additional customer will be maintained only in CRM. Is this possible to setup and how. Thanks in advance.

You could set the filter on BUPA_MAIN in tcode SMOEAC.

Please refer to the note 1834681 about how to set the filters.

Hello Mark!

You can simply not configure data flow from CRM to ECC at all, if you don't want business parnters to replicate from CRM to ECC.

Or if you need some business partners to be replicated from CRM to ERP, you can archive it by maintaining different business partner roles for your business partners or use filters for bupa_main replication object.
