Additional Attachment TAB on the Standard Account Business Object

Hello Experts,

We have the requirement that if there are 10 attachments uploaded on the Account out of 10 only few should be visible to the Sales executive where Senior Executive should able to see all 10 attachments. this is not possible since there is no such option on attachment(Attachment folder ListPane) TAB to restrict to the business roles since it is ListPane(not individual field to apply the rules)

So I am trying to create a new TAB with Attachments functionality intention to hide this for Sales Executives so Senior Executives has the access to see. it suffice the business functionality.

I am trying a custom BO approach:I have created the custom object it is working fine as a individual work center view, but I am not able to add this(Custom BO) as a embedded component(separate TAB) on Customer/Account because in the Embedded component I am unable to add the standard Embedded Component(/SAP_BYD_APPLICATION_UI/Reuse/Attachments/documentlist.EC.uicomponent)..

Could you please advice me how to achieve this functionality?
