Hello
Please advise if there is a way to add service category to the header of tickets in C4C
service category is shown in overview tab, under category.
I tried to use edit the master layout, yet it was not available among the fields..

Hello,
It is possible to "Move" service category from "category" section to overview/header of the ticket.
1. Go to adaptation of master layout.
2. Select the field from "Category" section and choose "Move" as shown.
3. Select "General Information" for header/overview of the ticket, as shown.
4. End layout change.
Since SAP Fiori only supports "Move" hence it works like a cut-paste. As of today, there is no possibility of having a copy-paste kind of duplication.
