we have observed add to cart performance issue in our storefront.
when user clicks on Add to cart button in PD page, its taking 3 to 10 seconds get the add to cart popup.
we had already referred SAP note:#2589737. we don't have any custom RAO populator.
also we have tested this in AppDynamics tool, tool shows
"updatePromotions" method of "XXPromotionService" class has taken more time than usual.(XXPromotionService is custom class)
Please help us on this.
