I am looking for documentation to provide training to users of my company on using the SAP Sales Cloud Add-In for Microsoft Excel.I haven't been able to find anything so far.Do you have any resources to suggest so that I can better prepare this training?

What specifically are you looking out for? Is it something related to

Requirements for Add-In for Microsoft Excel (version 4.0 or higher) or something about Working with the More Actions Menu.
