Add Field button not working in C4C QA/Test tenant

Hi Experts,

I am trying to add a new KUT field on opportunity header section. When I click on "Add field" button no popup window appears to create a KUT field whereas the mashup button is working fine. The "Add field" button was working find until the last week. Any suggests?

Hi Amandeep,

Try to Empty Cache and Hard Reload. If still not work, please raise an incident to support colleagues.

The field issue was resolved by SAP via an incident.
