I had a similar requirement in the past! but as this kind of information is quite important, I added it on the ticket overview on the details tab or in the customer section.
I created an extension field on the business partner and selected in the tab Extension Scenarios, the scenario Business Partner - General Information to Ticket - General Information. So then I could add the extension field I defined on the business partner also on the ticket. When i ever a ticket is created for a partner for which this info is maintained it appears in the ticket.

In the adaption mode it is not possible. But can you share some more information on the requirement, what kind of field you would like to add and what you would like to achieve?

Thanks for your response. We want to add additional information, specific for some Tickets about Ship To Party - Additional Name, detailed informations about the location etc.
What we need is an extension field that will hold text information for certain involved party.
Example - "Ring on the door bell on 2nd floor, surname Ryan".
