Hi SAP Community!
In our scenario, we send out email notifications to our agents when the customer/employee of the ticket replies to/update it.
Currently, we notify them by email containing ticket number + the original ticket attached as a PDF.
Business stakeholders came up with the request to also include the employee comment in this email.
Is there anyone who have done anything similar and can share experiences?
