I am currently working on creating activities via the SAP FSM mobile application. While I am able to view and create different activity types such as Tasks, Meetings, etc., these activities do not appear on the dispatching board.
After comparing the activities created through the web by the dispatcher or the ones replicated for the ERP, I noticed that those displayed on the dispatching board are of type Assignment, which unfortunately is not available as an option on the mobile app.
Could you kindly advise on how to address this? The objective is to enable technicians to independently report activities related to a service order from the mobile app, with these activities then replicated as new items in SAP S/4HANA Service (Private Edition).
