A customer have an issue relating to the default start date and times of activities.
The start time is for an hour after the activity task is created and then the due date is an hour after that. They would like at least the start time to be when the activity task is created (immediate). It looks like their regional settings are fine. If they use the default settings the activities do not appear in the person the task is assigned to In Box.
Do you know if these defaults can be changed?
