Activating BW Data Source in SAP CAR

Hi!

I need to activate data source 0RT_PA_TRAN_CONTROL in my SAP CAR system. As for now, I see no data sources in RSA1 transaction.

Couldn't you point me on any documentation, describing the steps required to activate above data source?
