Activate Supervisor Dashboard

Hi All,

I need to use Supervisor Dashboard, but I’m getting an error when open the URL

https://[IP address]/SupervisorDashboard/#/

IP address is VU Web Site.

If we use the same URL without “S”, I mean, http://[IP address]/SupervisorDashboard/#/

Does someone know why this error is?

Hello Juan,

I am not sure if you have used the correct package during your deployment. I say this because you refer to the Web Site VU and the Supervisor Dashboard (SD) does not use this template. Instead, the SD uses the ECF Webserver.

Once you have correctly installed the ECF package you should be able to browse the URL http:// ip address of you ECF VU:port /SupervisorDashboard .
