Activate Notifications On SAP Customer Checkout

Hi Team,

1. Is there any way to receive a notification on SAP Customer Checkout after adding Sales Order on SAP B1? Instead of fetching Sales Orders manually, we need the CCO user to get an instant notification
2. Also, we need to remind the CCO user with any open receipts or documents frequently (parked receipts, sales orders, receipts paid on credit and alike)
