Activate more than one confirmation mail

Hello,

we want activate 2 confirmation mails for our 2 different Newsletter Subscriptions. But we can only activate one confirmation mail in the marketing cloud.

Is it possible to activate several mails and Marketing Areas?

Or a customized approach how to make it possible?

Hi Lisa,

You can activate the use of marketing areas in campaigns, then permissions are dependent on the marketing area. If you created permissions before enabling marketing areas in the campaign execution, these permissions do not have marketing areas assigned and might not be checked.

thankt you for your fast answer!

I have activate Marketing Areas for Campaign Execution now and then I tested the activation for the second confirmation mail for the subscription in the qualitativ system. But the marketing cloud says still that I can´t activate more then one confirmation mail.

I want activate the mail for the double opt-in for Newsletter (Subscription).

Have you some other ideas, where the problem is?

My Solution:

• Design one Confirmation Mail with the Condition Assignment for our 2 Marketing Areas
• Rule = Communication Category: Pre-Confirmation Interactions-Communication Category Marketing Area ID is equal to "Marketing Area ID"
• Assign the condition to each content block and dynamically design the block

So changes the content design for the correct Marketing Area Subscription with one active Confirmation Mail.

No, it's not possible to activate more than one Confirmation emails, but is possible when you do it for different Marketing Areas.

We have 2 different Marketing Areas for 2 Newsletter with different Subscriptions and we have try to activate the second confirmation mail, but the marketing cloud give us a error message. The error message says that we can´t activate because another message is active. So we can´t activate more than one mail now.
