Activate deletion function for target groups

Hello together,

I want to delete a target group (workcenter marketing). The system shows the message "Deleting data not possible, deletion disabled".

Where can I activate the deletion function for target groups?

The solution is to set the target group as obsolete. Than the deletion funciton is available.
