Accounts - Employees view

Hello,

I need to create a rule for employees view. My client want to separate the views.

They want that, some employees view all customers, some employees view own customers and some employees view their own customers and all customers from Spain.

Is it possible to separate this?

1) There are access restrictions rules which you can assign this to the corresponding business roles to see if they fit your requirement.

2) you may also look for the possibilities of creating a page layout with custom search filters in the account work center and then assign this page layouts to the employee business roles
