Account with multiple stores

Greetings community.

I want to ask is there a way to define accounts in C4C that can modelate the following scenario:

  • Company A is the headquartes of several stores around the country and is the payer for all stores.
  • All Sales Orders must be made to the stores not to Company A. So the account and the ship-to is eah of the stores
  • Company A is the payer for all Sales Orders.
  • The involved parties must be selected automatically when the Sales order is created.

We have C4C integrated to SAP ERP as back office, that means that accounts come from the ERP.

Best regards and thanks in advance

Hello Gustavo,

If you have SAP ECC integrated with SAP C4C already, assuming you have Account and Account Hierarchy replication scenario implemented and working, it should reflect the same in C4C as it is in SAP ECC.
Each Partner function from SAP ECC like Payer, Bill-to, Ship-to and Sold-to etc. should be created as Account 'Role' in C4C and accordingly appropriate Code list mapping relevant to all such roles should be performed.
Then you should be able to see all such Business Partner records along with their role whether they are Payer, Ship-to, or Bill-to Party all in the 'Relationship' tab of an Account (Sold-to) in SAP C4C.

Account Hierarch on the other hand additionally will show you if their is a PArent-Child relationship between Accounts/Customers - If you need to see that.

Hope this helps!
