Account team transfer to C4C to Marketing Cloud

Hi Experts ,

I want to transfer account team from c4c to marketing cloud . what is the suggested approach ?

I could find in the std delivered content there is no interaction set for account team members as it uses CUAN . In the delivered corporate account APIs i can see the set for account team members.

What should be the approach for the load of the account team members along with corporate accounts for the mkt project . Any ideas on this !!

I discussed and found that this is not possible in the Standard.

Hi Rashmi,

as there is no standard integration available for replicating account team from C4C to MKT we used corporate account API.
We were able to load account team from C4C to MKT.
But this hase some limitations:

• multiple account team members with the same role per account are not possible in MKT but are heavily used in C4C
• Employees need to be created/imported in MKT with the same ID like in C4C
• Account Team data can not be used in Segmentation
• Account team data can not be used in personalization attributes in content studio for B2B-cotacts

Because of these limitations we created Custom BO to store account team information.
