Account Team Member Information in Export Definition

Hi Experts,

what is the best way (or is there any way at all) to get the Account Team Member information for a Contact's Corporate Account into an Export Definition?

So, I would like to build the Export Definition based on the All Contacts Segmentation Profile and use it in an Open Channel Campaign to send the information to SAP Cloud Integration. There I would like to convert it to the correct format and forward the information to an external system. The external system should then receive also the information about the corresponding Account Team of the Corporate Account of the Contact.

Is that possible?

Hi,

I didn't find any standard view for segmentation which exposes this information directly in Segmentation...However, you can try to create a custom view that also includes table CUAND_CE_IC_TM with PARENT_KEY = <Corporate Account UUID> and this should get you the desired team mebers.
