Hello,
In our system (SAP C4C) we use the object - "Account" to manage Real estate projects.
Every account is connect to two employees (Sales agents).
Our client want a report that shows for every account team his leads, opportunities and appointments.
(Note: So each account team only sees its own leads, opportunities and appointments)
Is it possible? is yes how?

Yes that is possible.
If you set up the business role of the sales in a way that they will only see their own leads, opportunites and appointments this access will also be used when running a report.
The report needs to be based on a joined data source in which the data of leads, opportunities and appointments are combined and the account is the common element.
