Hello Experts,
Can you pls let me know how the data in business insight tab of accounts will come into SMC? I mean when we use CPI to flow the accounts will it automatically flow the opportunity data, sales order data etc? or do I need to enhance the CPI for accounts?
If we create sales order in ECC in that case how do I need to flow the data into accounts business insight?

Hi Sahi,
in the Business Insight tab you have different information:
In the Sales Pipeline table you can see the Opportunities. These Opportunities may have different Origins. If a lead is handed over from SMC to SAP Sales Cloud and gets converted to an opporunity it is a "Marketing-Driven" Opportunity. If the Opportunity is created in Sales Cloud and replicated to Marketing Cloud you can see it a "Sales-Driven" Opportunity.
In both cases the Opportunity is replicated to SAP Marketing Cloud via an iFlow that exists in the standard integration package.
In the Buying History table you can see Sales Order data that comes e.g. from SAP ERP. Therefore there's an own integration package that includes an iFlow for the replication of quotations, orders and returns. If you trigger the replication of Sales Orders in ERP then interactions for the Account are created in SAP Marketing Cloud and the data is shown in that Business Insight tab.
In the Recommendations table you could then see the Recommendations that are created by your recommendation scenario (if you activated it) which uses the Sales Order data.
