Hello
The business user should be able to configure exchange rates. To do this, the business user must have access to the Common tasks in Admin tab. In addition, the business user should not have access to any other tab on the Admin tab.
We can't select Common tasks independently in the available work centers for Assign to User. Common tasks are only available if we select General settings. If we restrict write access to the General settings tab, this restriction will also apply to Common tasks.
Is it possible to grant access to a business user independently for the Common tasks tab?
Thank you.
Request clarification before answering.
While common Task appear as a separate tab , it cannot be restricted by work center access assignments becasue it has activities that are dependent over various work centers actions and scoping questions.
For example : the action New Employee corresponds to user access related to employee creation screen and similarly Configure S/MIME is based on business configuration activity list.
If you want the user to only perform only the action related to exchange rates and if its an integrated system , assign the user/role only SEOD_EXCHRATEREQ_WCVIEW (Exchange Rate Request) along with the right scoping

alena_stukolova this should be a result of integration scenario and scoping under Communication and Information --> Exchange Integration with External Applications
and Solutions , select the relevant scoping options , maintain communication arrangements etc. and you should be able to use it further.
