Access Customer Group and Period Volume Discounts in the database through the CCO plugin

I have a small requirement to change the discount procedure in customer checkout. For that, I have to access the discount percentages from the CCO database. I have tried several ways to access discount percentages; some do not work or match the requirements.

So, I want to know,

1. How do I fetch Customer Group and Period Volume Discount Percentage from Squirrel DB for a Single Article/Material?

As an example, there is an Item called ‘GRO-000’ and I want to fetch Customer Group and Period and Volume Discount percentages separately.
