Hi,
In your business role for the sales rep in the Work center and View assignment, assign the following workcenters by selecting them
CODACCOUNTWCV Account
COD_CONTACT_WCV Contact
COD_QUOTE_WCVIEW Quote
In the tab access restrictions in the business role you determine the read and write access per view: restricted or unrestricted. In case you choose to restrict, in the same tab you can select a restriction rule where you can select a particular rule. In case you select 99 - Define Specific Restrictions - you can select a specific access group like Employees, Sales Organizations or Territories. The 1st and 3rd are very useful if you want to grant access to e.g. a specific department or territory or multiple territories.
In your specific example I would set read and write access on Accounts and Contacts and for Quotes i would choose one of the following rules
2 - Territories, Employee
3 - Territories
4 - Employee
5 - Employee, Sales Data of Employee
Employees will then only see their own quotes or the quotes related to their territory.
Additional advantage is that when you set this up using the restrictions, the user will no longer see the accounts, contacts or quotes the have no read or write access to. Which impacts search results.
