In the Hybris 6.1 version we are facing an issue with Guest checkout after connected to F5.
User is redirected back to the checkout login page after clicking on checkout.
We have observed that the acceleratorSecureGUID has been used during each step of checkout and the cookie is missing in this case.
Our application configuration structure:
we have Cloudfront -> F5(Load Balancer) -> Web Server -> App server
Guest checkout works with direct App server urls and web server urls. it starts to fail when accessing using F5.we are using F5 ssl offloading. after F5 all the requests are http.
In this case the secure cookie dropped in https is not available in http after F5. That is breaking the checkout
