Accept deviation does not work sap customer checkout monitor

Hi SAP experts,

I'm facing a problem with the "accept deviation" button in sales sumaries tab, it does not update the sales summary status, when clicking it nothing happens, it should change the status from deviation to accepted deviation. Please see my picture.

Hi Sebastián

In your picture I see an inconsistency between expected and received receipts. I would first check if there are missing or not correctly booked receipts or cash transactions -first in monitor then on the checkouts. If you find some, then verify the sales summary. Then I would verify the installed version of customer checkout monitor.

The inconsistency happens because two receipts were canceled at will by the user.(These receipts should not be released), that's why we are trying to accept the deviation.

Finally, I would think Customer Checkout monitor version is the same as B1if version. Please see my attached picture.

You have to have a look into the scenarios and verify the version with Note 2163033 - B1if-Szenarien für SAP Customer Checkout 1.0 SP03 und SAP Customer Checkout 2.0 und höher ...

My scenario's version is V4.0.55, according to SAP note are the latest released. Actually, in my environment, which is Cloud Control Center I have different scenario versions, but the behavior is the same.
