ability to mass view Sales order Text in the Sales Order Header under the text tab

Good afternoon,

Is there a report that can be run that would allow visibility of the Sales Order Text to be visible en masse for a customer ? It wouldn't need to be the whole field, most likely only the first 25-30 Characters?
