Hello Experts,

For abandoned Cart campaigns, if i want to add the image of the product, then i believe the url for the image should be publicly open? Do we have any specific settings or integrations needs to be build to have an image of the product in the abandoned cart campaigns?

Hi Mayank,

There 2 ways to append Product URLs

1. Commerce Product URL whcih is publicly open.

2. You can also leverage out of the box integration of DAM(Digital Asset Management) as the content system as mentioned here https://help.sap.com/viewer/0f9408e4921e4ba3bb4a7a1f75f837a7/1905.500/en-US/72da76e17cb649eca472cc29...

Thanks kabras . So i have to update the Product URL from Commerce to Marketing for the product images.

Hi Mayank,

Yes system should know where are your image stored. For this purpose, while loading the master data for product you can also pass the Image/Navigation URL from Commerce(or via import data) to Mkt Cloud.
