Hello Experts,
As per the SAP Help Documentation for abandoned cart, it is mentioned that the sales order which is converted from the abandoned cart once flow to Marketing cloud will delete the abandoned cart interaction related to the sales order.
Below information from SAP Help-
"When SAP Marketing Cloud receives a saved cart or sales order from SAP Commerce, it checks to see whether there are any abandoned shopping cart interactions belonging to the customer of the saved cart or sales order. If any such interactions are found, they are deleted. This would, for example, prevent a customer from receiving an e-mail about an abandoned cart that had already been converted into a sales order."
I want to understand which field from incoming sales order is checked within marketing cloud abandoned cart to identify the abandoned cart interaction.
I need this information to build the custom solution for abandoned cart as my current commerce version doesn't support standard integration.

Dear Mayank,
We delete all abandoned shopping carts of the contact (this is the link/field you are looking for) where the interaction type is 'SHOP_CART_ABANDONED' and the source object type is 'SAP_HYBRIS_CART' and the reason is 'POSSIBLY_ABANDONED' if the interaction type of the incoming interaction is 'SHOP_CART_SAVED' and the source object type is 'SAP_HYBRIS_CART' or the interaction type is 'SALES_ORDER' and the source object type is 'SAP_HYBRIS_ORDER'. But we keep the latest incoming abandoned shopping cart of the contact of course.

Rolf Schumann
