Hi All,
Could you please let me for this Issue, where the exacttly coming.
"A Fatal error has occurred. The SSO User ID and the C4C Federation ID do not match. Please Logout from C4C, clear the browser cache, close the browser and re-login" .
I.e. when we are filtering the status, then opening any records then this above fatal error is coming.

this problem is very likely due to that user ID in C4C and SSO user ID are not the same.
for example:
in C4C, the user ID is john_rambo
in SSO, the user ID is rambo_john
as such, the SSO fails to authenticate that both are the same logon user ID
to solve, you can try to make both user IDs are exactly the same.
