Dear All,

We are using SAP Customer Check Out and we get the below error:

999 - DI Error: (-5002) 234102285 - Enter a tax amount that is less than or equal to the gross total-The di call #1 did fail.

This Error ist not specified in the Note 2693418 (Overview of known errors in SAP Customer Checkout monitor when using SAP Customer Checkout with SAP Business One).

Scenario: CustomerCheckout 3.3.67

Hi Sebastian,

This error may occur in case discount on item level was applied. In this case the following workaround can be considered: In the Customer Checkout Monitor remove the discount from each sales item. Instead enter the discount on the header level. Then release the receipt.

I am discussing a similar issue with SAP Support right now. IMHO the issue is the different calculation with net/gross price in SAP B1 and SAP CCO. The DI API changes in 9.3 did break some things in the 3.3.67 scenarios.

Today 3.3.69 scenarios were released. I would try these.

Also try to recalculate the "total tax amount" on line and header level in Checkout Monitor and adjust them accordingly.

This solved some of my issues, but has to be implemented into the packages.

Hi Sebastian,

is a tax code given in the CCO monitor?

If so, then please consider whether a tax amount is displayed.

If not, then you have to activate the tax code in the checkout locally
