Hi Experts

I'm reviewing the Customer Journey Insight, but applying the filters does not display any journeys. I see that in the event filter there are only Buy and Shopping Cart Abandonment, at the moment there are only those two but at the moment only Email, SMS campaigns are carried out and soon campaigns to C4C.

I would understand that other events must be configured

1.- It is done in each client or in Test and then transported.

2.- Does the client apply or what type of events must exist to see a trip?

3.- What is the purpose of the client's trips.

Hi Elio,

you have two apps: Customer Journey Insight and Customer Journey Events.

In the CJ Events app you are able to configure your own event and the steps that should be shown in the Journey. All of them are interaction types. The one that you mark as Main Event will become the event at the end of your journey.

This "configuration" afaik has to be done in each tenant and is not transported.

After that you could choose your event and the steps which you would like to see in the Insight app. In every Step (grey) you could say you want to create a target group for the contacts that took that Journey.

Hope that makes it a little bit clearer. Let me know if you need further assistance.

Hello,

Did you adjust the filter criteria like date range to suit your specific duration? By default, SAP shows the last 1 week as the time range and it might happen that due to some reason your system don't have enough data during this period. Hence please try to adjust the filter accordingly.

Thanks for the info A query,

A query, I see that SMC brings as two pre-built events, shopping cart and abandoned shopping cart, I understand that they must put a name to the event and save it so that it is active and can be used in the Customer Journey APP.

However, the case I have, these options do not apply, so far there are only email campaigns.

I built an event that captures all interactions with email, however I apply the filter but it does not bring any information.

I do not understand why it does not show information,as proof mark as end of trip that has been opened.

It is possible that an error is due to the fact that email confirmation is not activated?

Hi Elio,

as Saurabh already said, I would also assume that you have some issues in your filter criteria.

It has nothing to do with the confirmation. Just check that you have enough interactions of the correct type in your system for the chosen time period that you filter on.
