4 Eyes principle for pricing Conditions

Hi Team,

Need your help on the below issue.

Requirement is to implement a logic on 4 - Eyes principle for creation and change of conditions will be enabled in SAP.

User 1 can enter a price condition - with status not released

User 2 must release the price condition - then the condition becomes Valid

In SAP standard this functionality is forseen.

Clear Requirement :

A: Design of a technical solution or alternative solution options

B: Strategy to migrate from old to new logic

Expected Benefit

Increase Business efficiency

Automate an ICS control

Enable shared service center set up.

I have several questions in terms of your description,

1. what's the SAP version of the P4S system?

2. the use case you described is about approval process in price master data, right?

the purpose is: only the condition record is approved by someone else like Pricing Manager or Sales Manager that will be active for usage.

3. as you said, "Strategy to migrate from old to new logic", can you please add some more comments on it? migrate condition record?
