Please note that there is no release briefing plan for SAP Sales and Service Cloud 2502, however Product Management is working on a blog which will be available early next week.

For Version 2, we are releasing new feature every month, and it is shown in What's new document: https://help.sap.com/whats-new/58f0cc34e3c141a793ba8dfb7fc47f21?locale=en-US

We tried to test it and the Appointment does not seem to be creating a Visit.

I think for this the use case is if the service technician has a appointment with a customer than the system creates a visit for the technician wrt the appointment. It can be useful in planned maintenance and work tickets scenario. Anyhow it might be available as a scoping question which can be scoped if required.

We hope it is a scoping question since for us Appointment and Visit are very different !

In 24011 Release Webinar it was published, that there wil be no further webinar for SAP C4C V1. Only blogbost on community page will tell us about content of the furture release. 
SAP told me that there will be blogspost at the end of this week.
