Hi Experts,
As a part of new release two new fields are added for interaction : Operating System and Software Client. The fields are available as filtering attributes in the Browse Interaction Data app.
When campaign is executed, interactions generated by this campaign is not displaying any values for these both fields.
We even checked in operational report the values are not displaying for these fields.
Please help us to fetch values in report and Browse Interaction Data app.

A potential root cause was identified and the fix was applied to production systems, so you can recheck the functionality on your side and confirm.
Also, to keep in mind that these new attributes will only be filled out for new interactions and will not be applied retroactively.

From your description, there seems to be an issue, as the values should be automatically populated in the interactions and operational report. I would advise you to open a support incident to have this further investigated in your system.
